Richard Hayes Phillips speaks on "Ballot Tampering—How Bush Stole Ohio’s Votes"

09/08/2008 - 7:30pm
09/08/2008 - 9:30pm

First United Methodist Church (downstairs)
9 Ross Valley Drive—at 4th Street, San Rafael

Sponsored by the Marin Peace and Justice Coalition.

The people who cast the votes decide nothing. The people who count the votes decide everything."—Joseph Stalin

A short video will precede the talk. Phillips has been one of the leading investigators of the fraudulent 2004 presidential election in Ohio and recently published Witness to a Crime.

His work was relied upon by Algenon L. Marbley in issuing his federal court order protecting the ballots from destruction. Assisted by teams of volunteers equipped with digital cameras, Phillips amassed and analyzed some 30,000 images of forensic evidence. His book includes a CD with 1200 digital images of actual ballots, poll books, voter signature books, ballot accounting charts, and other forensic evidence from the 2004 presidential election in Ohio.

This free talk is wheelchair accessible. For information call 415-721-7241.
