When: Thursday, June 19, 2008, 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.
Where: Marin County Board of Supervisors Chambers, Marin Civic Center, 3501 Civic Center Drive, 3rd Floor, San Rafael

Join us to learn what the Election Advisory Committee is doing to enhance election integrity and voter participation in Marin County. Then hear a perspective from keynote speaker Professor David Dill on the future of voting. Professor Dill will talk about current research on voting systems and voting practices and what this means for the future of voting. A discussion will follow. There is no charge, and no RSVP is required.

Established in 2006, the Marin County Election Advisory Committee provides advice and recommendations to the Registrar of Voters on voter participation and election integrity issues as they affect elections held in Marin County. Twenty members are appointed by the Registrar from various geographic areas of the county to represent different points of view and interests in the elections process.
